The Challenge
Analysts struggled with managing large-scale tasks across various datasets due to unclear status tracking and complex UI.
The Process
- Conducted UX research to identify user pain points.
- Designed a hierarchical task management system with streamlined navigation and expandable details.
- Collaborated with developers to integrate design into the existing system seamlessly.
Final Product
A user-friendly interface that displays real-time job and task statuses, allows filtering and sorting, and offers batch actions like canceling or archiving jobs.
